Payment Schedule & Refund Policy

* Payment Terms: All design and development projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit before project commencement. The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon project completion and prior to final delivery, website launch, or transfer of core design assets/files.

* No Refund Policy: Due to the custom, bespoke nature of our creative services, all payments—including initial deposits and final installments—are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced or final assets have been delivered.
